OF BOOKING Ruahine Adventure HORSETREKS reserve the right to alter the itinerary, cancel or
postpone; any trek, at any time, anywhere, should it be deemed necessary.
Individual riders may also be stopped from continuing on a trek, should staff
consider their conduct or health, likely to endanger the safety of
themselves, and/or other riders, and/or horses. Riders
should also note that whilst strict safety procedures are observed, an
element of risk may exist with any adventure trek. Bookings are accepted on
the understanding that riders acknowledge this. RUAHINE ADVENTURE HORSETREKS
shall not be held liable for any personal injury or for equipment lost or
damaged. Riders
should not assume that they are covered by any insurance policy held by
Ruahine Adventure Horsetreks for death, injury, damage or any other loss. It
is recommended that riders take out travel, accident & cancellation
insurance. Cancellations. There is a
$100 administration fee on all multiday trek cancellations. A refund of
monies paid, less the administration fee will be paid on the following basis. If notice
is received 60 - 30
days prior to trek departure - 80% refund 30 – 10
days prior to trek departure – 50% refund Less than
10 days – NO REFUND Once a trek
has started (applies to ALL treks), no refund will be given if a rider is
unable to continue, for whatever reason. |
